Kaspersky stops after updating

Rated 3.96/5 based on 940 customer reviews

Unless I am some sort of kaspersky fanboy I will never be too inclined to the idea of using Kaspersky over Norton.I do not ever use the computer for gaming purposes. -" Know that you will most likely never even encounter most of these so-called threats..." Well, that's what you think... But if I ever came across an issue where the file was quarantined, norton always provided with a restore option, so I don't see any harm done.

I've tried looking for an answer, but i can't find one, so hopefully someone here knows what is happening? and yes, you shouldn't use two internet security software at the same time. I wouldn't advice you to use Norton or any free internet security software. And just for the record I have used both Norton and Kaspersky and this whole high resource utilization thing about Norton is an utter nonsense since I have hardly noticed any difference with the performance from start up to the running of multiple process smoothly.

The 2013 updates to Kaspersky use a slightly different method of opening the application from previous versions.

In Windows 8, you can open Kaspersky by right-clicking the screen (anywhere that does not have a tile) and then clicking the "All apps" icon.

Its antivirus and internet security products are the most popular ones and offer value for money as well.

Up until a couple of weeks ago, I was using Kaspersky Internet Security on two of my desktop computers only without a single issue, and about ten days ago, I uninstalled the Norton Antivirus from my HP notebook and installed Kaspersky Internet Security as I had a spare license key with me.
